Chek Jawa

I visited the inter-tidal flats of Chek Jawa on Pulau Ubin in December 2005. Our party comprised 4 adults and 5 teenagers. It was a chance that came unexpectedly and even though we were threatened with dark clouds and sporadic showers, we braved them all. Here are the photos that showed us having a fun time on the inter-tidal flats  that were nearly destroyed by land reclamation thanks to the concerned people who campaigned for it to remain as our natural heritage.
