FLOWERS

I am really grateful to the National Parks Board of Singapore for giving us so much greenery and through careful planning and meticulous care, they have truly transformed  Singapore into a  fantastic "city in a garden".

I am especially appreciative of their attention to aesthetics and practicality (just look at all the expertly pruned rain trees along many of our roads and expressways providing excellent shade) and am impressed by their efforts to educate - the Botanic Gardens, Sungei Buloh, Bukit Timah Nature Reserve - that I have made it a habit to carry a camera and at least 2 rolls of film whenever I'm out to enjoy nature in Singapore.

These pages are devoted to flowers and they are only a sampling of the numerous photos taken over the past few years.
